In support for the vicitims of the earthquake in Haïti (January 12th 2010), Belgium TV channels VRT and VTM teamed up for a TV special to collect money. Selah Sue and Ronny Mosuse gave appearance during this show. This was the only time Selah Sue performed this Bill Withers song.
Funny detail; at some point (youtube video at 01:11) Selah Sue makes a misstake with the lyrics, but perfectly corrects it.
