Is it really a new revival or is it Selah Sue thinking about the old fashioned collectors? Who knows. Fact is that the Alone EP got released on vinyl. It could be ordered through www.fnac.fr only. But at the moment it's sold out already. (So it's really Limited!) Though you can still order it through FNAC, but those are resellers who rose the price from 9,99 upto 39,99 Euro..... (ripoff!!)
What makes this item even more interesting, is that it is made of 10 inch vinyl. So not the standard format 12 inch (common for albums) or 7 inch (common for singles).
The tracks on this item are exactly the same as on the CD-EP. And to make it even more relaxing; inside the sleeve there's also the CD-EP, so infact you don't even need a turntable to listen to the music and enjoy the big coverart.
But there's also a big questionmark with the release with this (and other) releases of the EP. Where is the Warner logo? It is nowhere to be found. Does she still have a contract with Warner?
Probably yes....
Because when you look at the Dutch/Belgium official promo CD you'll still see Warner Music is still part of the release
So what's the mystery about the missing logo or any mentioning at all of Warner Music on the vinyl release?
